Shipping is offset through UPS carbon-neutral services. If plants incorporated into the final installation, they will sequester approximately one pound of carbon over the product's projected two-year lifespan. We at Kepe are diligently working on creating a 0 impact product and with your help we will achieve this in three years.

Shipping weight varies between ten pounds to fifteen pounds depending on the product. Check out product descriptions for more info.

The wood frames and plant holders are considered a class 3 recyclable, please recycle with building material waste or up cycle them into something else.

Falcon Board is a class 1 recyclable so just put it in the blue bin.

Packaging supplies include cardboard and two sheets of recycled bubble wrap.

Bubble wrap is classified as a Class 2 recyclable but may cause issues with standard recycling machinery. Please pop all the bubble prior to recycling.

Cardboard is classified as a Class 1 recyclable and can be disposed of in any blue recycling bin.

All Kepe Displays are custom-crafted to order based on your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review your order details and ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

By purchasing from AoSA Inc (DBA kepe.shop) ("Kepe"), you ("Buyer") agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). These Terms govern all transactions and are incorporated into any Purchase Order, Invoice, or other relevant documentation. Any deviation or additional terms provided by the Buyer must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by Kepe.

I. Acceptance of Orders

  1. All orders require:
  2. Kepe reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. Orders are binding only when Kepe issues an Order Confirmation.

II. Pricing

  1. Prices listed are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and installation unless explicitly stated.
  2. Quotations are valid for the period specified within the quotation.
  3. Price adjustments may occur due to changes in material costs, regulatory requirements, or Buyer-requested changes after order acceptance.

III. Cancellations

  1. Orders may be canceled only with written consent from Kepe. Cancellations may be subject to a fee covering:
  2. Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.

IV. Payment Terms

  1. Payments must be made according to the terms stated on the Invoice or Purchase Order.
  2. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee or the maximum legal rate allowed.
  3. Kepe reserves the right to withhold shipment or cancel an order if payment is not received in accordance with agreed terms.

V. Delivery

  1. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. All shipments are FOB (Free on Board) Kepe’s facility unless otherwise agreed.
  3. The Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt and report damages or defects within 5 business days.

VI. Warranty

  1. Kepe warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
  2. This warranty does not cover:
  3. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and detailed documentation of the defect.

VII. Returns

  1. No returns are accepted without prior written authorization.
  2. Authorized returns must include a Return Authorization Number and be shipped prepaid by the Buyer.

VIII. Intellectual Property

  1. All designs, concepts, and materials remain the intellectual property of Kepe unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. The Buyer may not reproduce or distribute any materials or designs without explicit permission.

IX. Limitation of Liability

  1. Kepe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or use.
  2. The maximum liability of Kepe for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the goods or services.

X. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Orange County, California.
